The Royal Hill @ Edgerley

When visiting us here at Big Bear Lodge, why not take a leisurely walk to one of Shropshires best kept secrets.

The Royal Hill has been owned by the same family for nearly 4 generations. This pub dates back to 1777 and i'm sure if it could talk it would tell you a few stories or two!

The Royal Hill has all the charm and character of a 'Ye Olde' Pub the only thing missing is the sawdust!

Dogs are very much welcome and they have a beautiful area just on the banks of the river Severn. This is an ideal spot to let them stretch their legs.

Whilst your their you can sample some Great, Hearty home cooked food from their seasonal menus OR, choose something different on the 'Specials board'

One thing the owner (Jon) is very proud of is his real ales! Jon supports local brewerys as well as a few micro brewerys from the surrounding areas.
